Reflection

It's days like this that a person reflects back on their life and realizes how lucky we are in so many ways!  I have had six wonderful children and have been lucky enough to have no complications with those pregnancy's or births and in saying that even had my last child in the comfort of my home with a midwife, but I still am amazed how wonderful our God is that he created us each from something so microscopic and it grows into a beautiful baby in just nine months.  I'm not one to get into the politics but it's when I see these wonderful things do I have a hard time understanding how anyone could even begin to not appreciate that special gift of life he has given us!  I even, in recent months, have ran across some videos where other women have made that decision that being a mother wasn't for them for whatever reason and I have to say I was very saddened at what our world really has come to with all our technology and decisions, it really scares me as to what the world will be like for the younger generations.    I guess I'm just glad that my children appreciate that gift and hope that they also will pass that on to each and everyone of their children and grandchildren.
