Dr. Check up

This afternoon little Mckenzie had a doctors appointment to see how his weight was doing and a follow up to see how the circumcision was healing.  Little Mckenzie was in a good mood and made it to the appointment right on time at 2:15 pm.  He was taken into the little kids room and got all his clothes off and diaper off and mommy laid him up on the scale.  Whoo Hoo!!  Mr. Mckenzie has made it to a weight of 7 lbs and 1 oz.  What a nice weight gain!  He is such a good eater!  We all moved over next to room and Dr. Tramp came in. He was impressed to see his little eyes open.  He was happy with his skin color.  We updated him about the cold that we thought he had.  Dr. Tramp listened to his lungs and he said that they were clear and he agreed that it was a probably a cold as we thought.  He asked about his temp and we let him know that he hadn't had one thus far.  He instructed us that if it gets over 100.0 then we needed to call him and have him seen again.  Little Mckenzie did sneeze while with Dr. Tramp and also coughed a couple of times.  He also checked his eyes and his circumcision and said that everything looked good there too.  He stated that he didn't need to see Mckenzie until he was 2 months old and at that time we would have to go to the Home Health to get his first set of shots also.
